The entire staff takes seriously its responsibility to teach children, and they become, in essence, servants to the home. Teachers believe in partnering with parents for the benefit of students.

The collective example of the staff's character is a positive influence on all aspects of young lives each day. They do their best to adopt personal and professional standards of high performance as an example for students to follow. They are professionally credentialed and qualified to teach their assigned subjects.

Teachers constantly seek to improve their level of excellence by attending conferences, graduate classes and professional seminars.  But what makes Bethesda's staff most unique is its desire to assist each student in fulfilling his or her potential.  Because of the small class sizes, Bethesda teachers have the unique advantage of getting to know students one-on-one and being able to understand how they best work and learn.
